I've just begun working over a recently acquired King 4-valve Eb sousa. This is a personal project. Number 4 valve is going to require extensive work. Does anyone have one that I might purchase? The serial number is King 253010. The valve is .977" diameter and 3.666" long. It looks identical to the number 2 valve as far as the port relationship goes but appears that the orientation to the guide is different by a very small amount. #1, 2, & 3 valves look fine except for some minor plating wear so all I really need to play the horn is the #4 valve. I'm about to send all four of them off to Anderson but if I can locate a #4, I can start playing the horn right away.... just to make certain I really like the horn before investing several weeks of waiting for the pistons to come back. Thanks.
