Do you want a recording of the piece as a solo? If do there are a TON of recordings of it on Trumpet, a few of euphonium/trombone, and a couple on tuba. The piece of music for playing has been available since the begining of the 20th century in the back of the Arban's method for trumpet. I haven't checked in a while, but I believe that the trombone Arban's is the same arrangement. I am not sure where to get the piano/ensemble part, but I would guess any reputable sheet music dealer could get it for you. I would recommend learning it from Bb treble clef (i.e. trumpet music) as there are a lot of other "showpieces" in the same genre written for/by Jean Babtiste Arban (?), a very famous cornet player from the late 19th century. This stuff is all technically fun and exciting, by very hashed over in some regards and not always musically rewarding. Still very worthy of serious study.
