On my Rudy 4/4, the only "bad" note is the fourth space G. It's about 25 cents sharp and can be lipped down or played 1-2. The bottom space A (and the octave below that) is less than 20 cents sharp and the second valve slide kicker gets it in tune. Everything else is less than 5 cents out of tune. I never have to move my first valve slide, just the second valve kicker. Finding the right mouthpiece can also help. I use a PT-88 most of the time. You can't beat that Rudy sound.
