Wagner: Die Meistersinger
Berlioz: Symphonie Fantastique
Wagner: Ride of the Valkyries
Berlioz: Damnation of Faust
Hindemith: Symphonic Metamorphosis
Mahler: Symphony No.1
Prokofiev: Symphony No.5
Stravinsky: Petrouchka
In my experience, these are the most frequently asked pieces. Aside from these, other pieces you should get would be those listed on Mr. Pokorny's Excerpts CD (which you should own as well).
