I tried two PCM's at Lowbrass Werks (Tony Clements) about six months ago, maybe more. I thought that they were both excellent 5/4 CC tubas (either that, or they're big 4/4 size). I've never played the MW 2155, but I hear that they're inconsistent. Others do say that the Rudy Meinl piston is supposed to be really good, but aren't they also pretty difficult to find? I don't have a great basis of comparison, but I really did like the two PCM's. I thought that they were much, much better horns than the Mirafone 188's that Tony had stocked at that time.
