While I may agree that the Haddad is not the best work for tuba, it is likely far more appropriate for a high school player than Czardas or a Clark solo. The Haddad is probably the best bet because it is a standard piece and can sound good with a high school group. The Gregson would be very difficult for a high school group to pull off well, though it is a much better work.
