This has an easy - but fairly slow and boring - fix.
If you have a warm-up routine, use this time to concentrate on using less pressure, as you don't have to "concentrate on the notes" when doing your routine.
If you don't use a warm-up routine, just use very simple music to do this.
Experiment with different amounts of easing of pressure and discover just how little pressure you can use and get an acceptable sound. When that amount of pressure is determined, work on getting your embouchure comfortable with that new lesser amount of pressure until you figure out how to make a sound just as nice as before.
Eventually, I predict that your sound will be remarkably better than it ever was.
