Try not to tense your mouth when you play the high register, think that you are play the low register and attempt to relax as much as you can. Too, take the air as much as you can (very relaxed) and blow constantly, for mantain a good air column. Before you start to study the high register, you must be sure that your low register is very good and not have serious problems of blowing, vibration, entonation, etc.
Is important to study some exercises with your horn for improve the "endurance", and some exercises about harmonics (in legato) in all positions for improve the "flexibility" of your lips.
Everything in the life have a solution, prove my suggestions and say me as a result.
