I would get in touch with Matt, and take him up on his offer to intercede with the factory. Dillon's moves a lot of product for King/Conn, and should be able to bring this to the attention of the appropriate people.
I would exhaust any remedies availble through this avenue before seeking out third party repairs - although the people suggested are excellent - give the dealer & factory a chance to put things right.
Sorry to hear you're having problems; I love my 2341, and I think it's the "right size" BBb to cover the widest variety of work.
