I recently (March) bought a Gronitz PCM from Lowbrass. I asked Tony the same question and his response was "simply add oil and only periodically wipe off/out the valves." I'm happy to report this is all the info I've needed. If I feel the valves slowing down, I "simply add oil." The valves on this horn have lived up to their reputation and respond beautifully.
