State Schools are already dishing out a lot of money for their students. You think their education only costs $1500-$3000 a semestre?
Conservatories aren't more expensive because they're greedy, they're more expensive because they're private organizations, NOT funded by the gov't.
So what you're asking us to do is to compare apples and oranges.
