Than again, it was us who were sore by Decemeber. ;-)
If it's cheaper, you could go to Lowe's and get some foam and just wrap the tubing to whatever is most comfortable. Pre-made pads may cost less, though, I'm not sure.
If you can't find any thing, I've got one word of advice: icyhot.
