One place NOT to sell it is that store in North Carolina. You will find that store, and its owner, are not popular here on Tubanet for reasons you can find for yourself if you look in the archives.
Places to talk to include Dillon Music in New Jersey (Matt Walters), Baltimore Brass (Dave Fedderly) in Baltimore, MidSouth Music (js who posts here often), Witchita Band Instrument Co., and perhaps a few others I've innocently neglected. These are all people who deal in tubas and have sterling reputations for honesty and integrity in their repair work and sales practices.
