What you see there is the newer model and I don't believe any of those were made in lacquer. However, there were plenty of the earlier 4/4 Nirschels (popular about 5 years ago) done in lacquer. He probably is selling one of those. Nice horns, but 1st valve slide pull could have been longer. Also the older Nirschels had the 5th valve right after the valve section instead of after the large side of the main t/s as in the pictured horn.
