I am looking into the Miraphone 1290 CC tuba with 4 piston and one rotary valve. Does anyone use one out there? What are your opinions regarding this tuba? How does it play?
Tuning? Type of sound produced? Ease of playing? Response? Any physical "quirks" with the horn? - inherent sticky valves, poor craftsmonship, slides not long enough or hard to reach, holding comfort, etc....? Any input would be appreciated good or bad.
