If you like your horn and you sound better on it then most of the other choices out there, then you have a good player/equipment match. Personally, I have heard from many many Yamaha owners who say that they believe their instrument is the best instrument they have ever played. The Yamaha F's seem to be more popular than the CC's.
I have not heard from anyone who has stated that Yamaha instruments are the most interesting to listen to though. I have heard a good number of respectable musicians performing on Yamahas and have always gone away wondering how the performance would have sounded on different equipment.
Like any tool, which one works best for you depends on about 1,000,000 variables.
