It's a standard in the trumpet study repertoire, even though it's pretty old. It's probably up there with Arban's as staples of trumpet studies. The studies are good, but they're organized a little bit different then many more modern methods. What I found particularly nice about this book are the duets. They are longer, more progressive, more challenging, and MUCH nicer and more fun to play than they one's in Arban. Find a friend, and have some fun w/ these.
