S. Fla. repair shop for valves/linkages?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good South Florida repair shop (preferably in Miami) for overhauling tuba rotary valves and linkages? My 12 year old daughter, who has been playing tuba since she was 9 ( :D <--- proud euph-playing dad!), has an older Meinl Weston 20 that has a good sound, but probably needs valve/linkage/spring work. The valves are somewhat clunky, a little hard to press, and are a bit slow on the return.

Also, does anyone have any recommendations for a good tuba teacher in the Miami area (Jay Bertolet, are you reading this???) that would be interested in teaching a bright young tuba player? She will be starting in the 7th grade at Ransome Everglades, and has a good attitude and a surprising amount of talent and ability for so young a player (she obviously takes after her dad!).

Thanks in advance for any advice and information you have to offer.
