Not that this relates to anything musical, but what you mention about testing
out of certain subjects is another problem because that's exactly what I've done.
In fact, the subjects which I am most interested in continuing in (Calculus and French) are the ones which I will receive the most credit in (although I will also receive credit for English and history through IB exams, which is a plus). However, it is a result of my ability in those subjects that I want to continue with them. Anyway, back to more tuba/music related topocs...
