For those who own a Walt Johnson Case for a PT-10 or PT-11 or PT-15 or PT-16 F tuba, how does your horn fit in the case with the 5th valve slide sticking out the top like it does. Did you measure the case without the slide in place and remove it when travelling, or does the slide stay on when in the case?
