Hi, everybody. I played effie on a recital a couple years ago, and my teacher had a cool idea. At my undergrad school we had a pretty good media & design program, and we were discussing how much fun it would be to have an animated/ computeresque cartoon going on with the music. y' know, like looney tunes. There aren't that many pieces so well set up for this sort of thing, and it may be well worth the effort for the change of pace in a recital. It's good music, and it is already cartoon music, right?
Probably have to be married to a metronome to keep it 'synched, though.
