Yeah, I did try the Gronitz 4/4 at ITEC. I was fairly pleased - the intonation tendencies seemed to be ok, I thought the sound quality was reasonably good. It had an open low register. To me, it played a lot like my Yamaha YCB 822, with a little less back - pressure. I prefer my 822, but the Gronitz was pretty good.
