Don Little did arrangements of these in the early-to-mid 80's, and they are indeed published by Southern. And I agree that you can hardly go wrong with them.

I have two of them (the #1 and #5). I like them, but the Sonata in F in Michael Lind's version is a better version. The Little transcription has passages where 16th notes alternate between two notes for several measures, and the Lind version is more melodic in these areas. The Lind version stays in the upper octave in spots, with a greater tessitura.

I'll look for the trombone versions.
