The seller told me that Arnold Jacobs told him that this horn was made as a CC in the factory for Mr. Jacobs. You can write to the seller and ask for more specifics, but he claims it is a "factory" CC. Even so, I suspect that as others have said, this was a custom made horn, since B&H didn't make CC compensators as a regular part of their product line.
