I think the height should be in meters (m), not inches or centimeters.
Brian was correct when he said to divide height in inches by 39.37 to get the height measurement (one meter is about 3 feet, 3 inches and 3 eighths).

A simple test of plugging in a 72-inch male (Height = 1.83 meters), and ignoring the age compensation, yields 5.15 liters, which makes far more sense than 7988 liters, assuming Height is measured in inches, or 51,539 liters assuming Height is measured in centimeters.
