Keep in mind that if you are playing band type stuff on your Eb you will be spending most of your time in the low register of the horn, so a big moutpiece may not be a bad thing. I realze the Rose piece is huge, but it may work for some things. I play Boosey & Hawkes Eb and use a Denis Wick 2 or a 4 depending on what I want to do. The 2 is the larger of the pair ("Helleberg-ish" sort of) and the 4 is much smaller. I have heard that the Wick 3 is similar to a Bach 24AW with a very large bowl, they also make a 3S which has a smaller bowl on the same rim. BTW the Wick mouthpieces you would need would be the L series with the larger shank (2L, 3L, 4L, etc.)What kind of Eb did you get?
