I am not a Miraphone owner, but reading this board intensely I might guess that the solution has been presented here very often.
Wear will over time allowe rotors to move along their axises. Your term might be "end play". As lately as in the heavy caps threath the Miraphone bottom caps’ adjusting screw has been mentioned.
However use of this adjustment tool might need more experienced hands, than those of a new tuba owner. So patience until the rearrival of Mark might be a good thing.
I can see from the pics, that Tracy has chosen "Teach me, Tiger!" as signature tune.
Honestly, I was not aware that Mr. Woods gave tuba lessons in between his golf tournaments.
