Can you explain the enzyme connection in two or three sentences (otherwise--send me a link)? Over the winter, I became hooked on Starbucks coffee, which I ordered with skim milk. I normally don't consume many raw milk products. This spring, my allergies were the worst of my life, which I had, until now, attributed to moving to what is a veritable flower factory. But the milk in my coffee has been messing with my digestion, so I'm cutting it out anyway and kicking the habit, and leaving Starbucks for the occasional treat rather than the daily staple. I wonder if that will mitigate my allergy symptoms?
