I purchased the horn in 1985. It is unlaquered. It does not have any stuffiness of tone. Although I don't have a micrometer the bore is about .750, give or take. The 4th valve is graduated. Bell size is 16.25", and the height is about 38". I'm sure someone on the post has more exact numbers. The valves are hollowed, making them very light and quick. Email me if you'd like more info.
