I think you'll have a hard time establishing that. They are seen so rarely on the used market that there is no basis for a guess. Others will perhaps confirm that they are available new for something in the range of $9000, so used they should be somewhat less. Judging from the price most top-line BBb tubas receive, I don't think you'll get a really high percentage of that new value, but it depends on the availability of someone with both the desire and the money, and that is always a crapshoot.
