I have had bad experiences with the Tuba Exchange also. I have purchased many things from the Tuba Exchange, and I guess you could say I was a loyal customer to them. Notice I said WAS. I was screwed over by V****. In fact, he still owes me money that he has not paid me back from an agreement. In my opinion, the TE is just not a good place to deal with unless you talk to someone other than V****. He needs to work on his people skills as well as be honest every once in a while. He's only interested in making a sale no matter what expense it puts the buyer. He is in no way looking to actually help you. He is and always will be on what you would call my S**T list! Just my 2 cents from my 2 years of experience in dealing with them.
