It's a very quircky but interesting, yet totally listenable piece. The tenor tuba part is fairly extensive. It can be easily found on a Decca "twofer" (two for the price of one) that has the Janacek "Sinfonietta" and "Taras Bulba" with Sir Charles MacKerras conducting the Vienna Phil. It also includes the "Lachian Dances"; "Suite for String Orchestra"; "Mladi" (a fabulous wind sextet piece!); "Concertino", and the "Capirricio" that you mentioned. Good stuff!
