As someone else has pointed out, the number on the bell (8846) is the serial number. This tuba was built in 1974.
Mirafone didn't put the model number anywhere on the instrument. If it is really 3/4 size, it is likely a 184. Measuring the bell will confirm this.
From a mid-70's Mirafone catalog:
184, bell 14.5", bore .705"
185, bell 15", bore .740"
186, bell 16.5", bore .778
188, bell 17.25", bore .778
