Disassemble your horn. Put the bell part of the horn (sans slides and valves. . .)in the shower on a towel. Fill it with hot water. Add some vinegar (be careful--if you aren't careful and take way too long it will trash your laquer). Let it be for a minute then twirl the tuba and snake it out. Rinse,let it dry and reassemble. . .
