The RM 1 is a Helleberg style mp and has a fairly bright tone. The RM 10 is more cupped, and has a fatter and deeper sound. It also has a slightly larger inner diameter that the 1. The rims on both are slightly rounded and very comfortable. I'm using the RM 10 with my King 2341, and I love it (no, I'm not going to marry it).
