Saint Saens "Organ Symphony" / Gershwin "Concerto in F" symphony concert comes to mind also...
...flu so bad that I did not speak one word to anyone while at the gig site...played the first note tentatively...after that everything sounded as good as always...actually "felt" OK while playing...went back home afterwards and climbed back into the sickbed.
