To use your words, the qualities we didn't find. I, speaking only for myself, took notes on all three rounds of the audition. Unofficially speaking, I believe those notes are compiled with others, typed up, and made available to the candidates so that they may learn what the audition board heard (or didn't hear), and perhaps "...what qualities we were looking for..." as well.
