OK, you resourceful tuba players (and particularly those of you who might work in music stores)...

I'm trying to get Boosey & Hawkes ("The Music Group") to ship two of these plastic-covered / reasonably-priced / super-compact / screw-bell French horn cases to my music store:

- one for my own kid
- one for a customer.

I think the model is 1185. They seem to be out-of-stock "world-wide". Does anyone know of any of these in stock anywhere? The discounted retail price is usually somewhere in the lower-mid $1XX.XX range.

Yep, Pro-Tec makes one of these "stack-style" cases that IS in stock...a bit too clunky - probably not quite airliner-boardable. Of course there's the Bonna version, if someone wishes to pay triple $$$.

Thanks to any of you excellent "bird-dogs" out there!
