Conn 1's are probably even rarer on the ground that Conn Chiefs.
Conn made 4 different mouthpieces for tubas with the 'modern' '30's funnel outer shape, and a cushioned rim:
Conn 1 -- supposed to be same cup as Chief
Conn 2 -- supposed to be same cup as Helleberg 7B -- Standard on Conn 2XJ and 2XK horns.
Conn 3 -- smaller diameter, shallower mouthpiece, probably based on Eb design. Works pretty well on both King and York Eb sousaphones.
Conn 4 -- quite small, probably the same mouthpiece cup as supplied with the very small Conn Eb tubas and the 6J Junior BBb bass.
