They came in different sizes over the years. All of them that I've seen in person and in pictures are smaller than any of the Eb tubas produced by Besson, and many had a bell stack that looked like it belonged on a euphonium, complete with 12" bell. Some were larger than that, and Bevan even includes a picture of one with interchangeable bells. They would be dwarfed by the modern orchestral F, and would be even a bit smaller than a traditional Alex F. Think Yamaha 621, but with a smaller bell throat.
