They are where I grew up. My mom and dad own 640 Acres in the foothills of Arkansas. My brother and I are the legal heirs to this ponderosa of hunting and fishing. The fishing comes in the form of 2 stock ponds. 50 and 30 acres surface area. Both go from about 5 feet to 60 feet in depth. We stocked the ponds once back in the early 60's with bream, bass, crappie, and catfish. We fish whenever we desire, and come up with any size mess of fish that we need.

The foothills of Arkansas are notorious for hidding lots of activities, both legal and illegal. Since I am in law enforcement as well as music education, I tend to take firearms with me when I go, so that I can take care of meth labs and trespassers.

If someone sends me tuba parts, I will take you fishing.
