A cold compress for the swelling, but otherwise, keep the cut clean and it should heal quickly. If you keep opening it up, you might try some Zilactin to protect it. Otherwise, don't worry about it. If you suspect serious infection or the cut refuses to heal, run, don't walk to get professional medical attention.
