I don't think a warm-down is necessary after each practice session unless you've really been beating the daylights out of your embouchre. If that's the case then playing some long low notes will help the muscles relax, much like stretching after a heavy weightlifting workout to work out the lactic acid in the muscles. You don't have to spend 30 minutes doing so, or even 10. Probably about 3-5 minutes will be enough to relax.

On the other hand, if you've played a lot but aren't really feeling exhausted, then my favorite warm-down (as suggested by horn great Barry Tuckwell) is just crossing the street for a cold, age-appropriate beverage. ;)
