There are some advantages and disadvantages about the Tubenet BBS vs. the tuba-euphonium list. Here is a disadvantage - any name can be put on a message. It would seem to me that if a person is mentioned in a message, the sender should put his real name and not something like "curious." Doing this is a real low-life way of expressing opinions.
Sean, you may want to consider deleating messages like this as soon as they arrive. If someone doesn't have the guts to put their real name down when refering to someone else, maybe they should be cut off!
