Noting that Matt has already offered you a refund, I think you are dead wrong about "these guys from Dillon". In all of my dealings they have been responsive, professional, fair and honest. I don't think I could ask for more from them. These are guys and gals who really care about low brass and the people who play them. Whenever I talk over a problem or question with them, I feel like they are trying to help me solve it rather than sell me something, like I am talking with a knowledgeable friend who just happens to have the tools, parts and stuff to make things work right.
