The only place I know of called "Tuba World" is a division of Custom Music Co. in the Detroit MI, area.
Now, about 25-30 minutes south of Munich, Germany, is a company called the "Horn and Tuba Center", operated by Mr. Robert Tucci and a horn player, both of whom are noted orchestral musicians. The village where their shop is located is Eichenau, a stone's-throw away from the factories of Gerhard Meinl and Walter Nirschl. By Autobahn, Rudof Meinl is 1.5 hours away, and about the same for Mirafone. It may not be tuba world, but would qualify as tuba heaven! They probably have a web page, but I don't know. Hope this helps. There is also a link from the T.U.B.A. site to Musiktreffpunkt, a large music store in Germany that carries a lot of tubas. Good luck!
