I believe Robert King publishes a set entitled "Nary's Little Book of Carols" scored for all brass. If I remember correctly, there are either 4 or 5 voices with many doublings available.
These books were the basis for the carols recorded on the classic "A Festival of Carols" by the Philadelphia Brass Ensemble. They, of course, highly embellished these arrangements. They are basic and straight-forward arrangements and work well outdoors too.
