I do not know of any problems with Tuba Eschange. I merely said, "some people say that they had problems dealing with the Tuba Exchange." I have never ordered anything from Tuba Exchange so I don't know. I have called them seeking information, and Mr. Vince Simonetti has been really nice and helpful, although he is pushy to sell a horn.
