What are some of the top tuba solos with band? My band director is planning on featuring me this spring concert on either euphonium or tuba. I had most recently planned on playing Blue Bells of Scotland by Arthur Pryor on euphonium. I'm now, however, considering playing a tuba feature. I enjoy playing Introduction and Dance-Barat, Suite for Tuba-Haddad,Serenade-Mozart/Morris, and Sonata I-Marcello/Nelson. I have also considered transposing down an octave and playing the euphonium version of Carnival of Venice. Let me know any suggestions please.
