Another good Bb that a couple of my students play is the Bohm Meinl. It has a great vevety tone! Pretty inexpensive, too. This is a four valve horn, but with the addition of a fifth, some of the intonation bugs could be worked out quite nicely. I really enjoy the way that this horn sounds and plays.
